Providing & Injecting chemical for pre-constructional anti-termite treatment and creating and chemical barrier under and around the coloumn pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external per meter of binding expansion joints surrounding of pipes and conduit etc., complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per IS Part 2013) IMIDACLOPRID SC 30.5 concentrate or any other approved material such as Hepthachlor or Chlordance will be used.The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follow.(I) Treatment for masonry and foundation 5 Ltr. per Sqm.(II) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 Ltr per Sqm.(III) Treatment of soil along external per meter of building 7.50 Ltr per Sqm.(IV)Treatment of soil under apron along external per meter 5Ltr. per Sqm.As per S.I. No. 1 (SOR Chapter-18)

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 4 cm gauge stone girt (Dala) in the propotion of 1:1.5:3 (M-20) in column footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including fixing and bending the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. banding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. & also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper complrtion of work.As per S.I. No. 287(I)

R.C.C. Work with Cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge (nominal size) dalla stone aggregate in the proporation of 1:1.5:3 M-20 in R.C.C. Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 25 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and as required supply of all materials, labour centering and shuttering and removal of the same after completion of work.As per S.I. No. 288(I)

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced cement concrete (when not included in over all rate) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work, supply of steel, all labour etc. required and including wastage bend, hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured.As per S.I. No. 504

M-150 class brick workin 1:4 and C/Sand mortar in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks required and also including honeycomb brick work, supply of all materials, labour and tool and plants etc. required for proper completion of work but thickness of wall is one brick (230 mm).As per S.I. No.305+309+310

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).As per D.S.R. No. 10.28

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick Jet Black Granite stone over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.As per D.S.R. Code No. 11.55.1(2018,Vol.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.As per D.S.R. No. 13.80 (2018,Vol.2)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg/10 sqm) As per DSR No. 13.47.1 - 2018
