Given the estimated bid value of 69700000, - For three similar services: 3 * 0.4 * 69700000 = 83460000 - For two similar services: 2 * 0.5 * 69700000 = 69700000 - For one similar service: 1 * 0.8 * 69700000 = 55760000 Therefore, the bid capacity required is either three similar completed services with a value of at least 83460000, or two similar completed services with a value of at least 69700000, or one similar completed service with a value of at least 55760000.
