FABRICATION OF SYMPHONIC BEND WITH EXPANDER

Fabrication of Symphonic Bend with expander of size 1300mm dia (including Nipple 2.4m length) by M.S Plate of Thickness 10 mm by Bending, cutting and welding using ERW (Electric resistance welded) /SAW (Submerged Arc welded) on MS Plate (Fe-450 grade) conforming to IS 3589-2001 with latest amendments ,including work of flanging on Nipple & expander by using M.S Plate of 20mm thickness by welding,cutting and drilling using ERW (Electric resistance welded) /SAW (Submerged Arc welded) , Providing & fitting of Air Release valve best quality mounting over Symphonic Bend with expender also applying two coat Painting on new surface of Symphonic Bend with super quality and one coat of redoxide Primer Paint including cost of conveyance of all lead and lift, cost of labour and necessary T&P and giving satisfactory Hydraulic test as per IS 3589-2001 with latest amendment for test pressure and working pressure both at contractors workshop and site as per detailed specification (MS Plate 10mm and 20mm shall be provided to bidder by LID Ayodhya) at Ayodhya pump canal, Vikramjot, Basti under Modernisaiton Project of Electrical & Mechanical work of Ayodhya Pump Canal, Vikramjot, Basti.
