The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The requirements include: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering works, with the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years considered. The bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year 2024, which should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). The bidder should also submit a certificate of value of actual work done in rupees of ongoing works issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer. If this certificate is not attached, the total cost of the work will be deducted in the evaluation of Bid Capacity. There is also a requirement for the bidder to submit details of personnel with the contractor/firm for the work cost more than 500.00 Lakh.
