The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing Civil Engineering Projects. The specific requirements include: * General Construction Experience of executing Civil Engineering Projects in the last seven years. * Successful experience of having successfully completed or substantially completed, during the last 07 years: + Three Civil Engineering Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost of work. + Two Civil Engineering Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 50% of the Estimated Cost of work. + One Civil Engineering Project with a cost of executed works not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost of work. * Specific Experience in: (a) Canal Lining: Experience of completion of combined canal cement concrete lining not less than 25% of estimated CC lining quantity. (b) Concrete Work: Experience of completion of combined CC/RCC work not less than 25% of estimated CC/RCC quantity. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover certificate in Civil engineering works of not less than 30% of the estimated value of work during the last Three Financial years. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 40% of the Estimated Cost of work - 50% of the Estimated Cost of work - 80% of the Estimated Cost of work - 25% of estimated CC lining quantity - 25% of estimated CC/RCC quantity - 30% of estimated value of work - 7% per annum simple rate for updating the value of works to Current Financial Year price level - 80 percent payments of the contract value for substantially completed works.
