The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should be issued, and it should not be issued below the rank of Executive Engineer. Additionally, a certificate of value of actual work done in rupees of ongoing works, issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer, should be attached at the time of bid application. The estimated cost of the work is mentioned as Rs. 322.22 Lakh. The required turnover is at least 30% of Rs. 322.22 Lakh, which is Rs. 96.67 Lakh per year. For works costing more than 100.00 Lakh and less than 500.00 Lakh, details of personnel with the contractor/firm should be provided in FORM - 'B'.
