The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). The bidder should also have completed works similar to the one being tendered, with a value calculated using the given formulas, but the exact percentage of similar works completed is not specified. The value of existing commitments and the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years are also considered in determining the bidder's bid capacity. The bidder needs to submit a certificate of completion of works, and the value of actual work done in ongoing works should be issued by an Executive Engineer. The bidder is required to provide details of ongoing works, including the agreement number, cost, and value of work remaining to be executed, as well as details of existing commitments, including the agreement number and cost.
