The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should be issued by an authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The bidder should have executed similar work from specific areas such as Spillways, Dams, Barrages, Aqueducts, Canal Bridges, and others. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). The bidder is required to provide information about their prior work experience in FORM - 'A' and FORM - 'B', including details of ongoing works, personnel, and solvency. The required personnel include a Work Manager with a Diploma in Civil Engineering, an Engineer Graduate (Civil Engineer), and personnel for administration and management. The bidder should also furnish a brief description of works in hand and tendered for on the date of and prior to submission of tender. The amount of the COST OF WORK is not specified.
