The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year 2024, of at least 30% of the cost of work (without GST), which is at least 30% of Rs. 237.06 Lakh, equivalent to Rs. 71.12 Lakh per year. The bidder should also submit a certificate from a Registered Chartered Accountant and audited financial statements to demonstrate their financial soundness and profitability. The bidder is also required to provide information on ongoing and completed works, including the agreement number, year, place, country, tendered cost, cost of work remaining, and anticipated date of completion. The cost of the proposed work is Rs. 237.06 Lakh. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is Rs. 4.74 Lakh, which is approximately 2% of the cost of the work.
