The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar civil works during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed works with specific values and percentages of the estimated cost, including: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost These works should have been started after 01.02.2018 and completed within 31.01.2025. The experience will be updated by giving an 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The bidder's work experience is also evaluated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, which is used to calculate the Assessed available Bid capacity. The bidder should have executed similar work from a list of specified civil engineering works, including Spillways, Dams, Barrages, and others.
