The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Degree Holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 05 yrs of Experience - Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering: Minimum 05 yrs of Experience - Supervisor BSc (PCM): Minimum 05 yrs of Experience - Diploma in Civil Engineering or BSc (PCM): At least one year field experience. The bidder should have successful experience of having completed or substantially completed, during the last 07 years, either of the following works: I. Three Civil Engineering Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost of work, II. Two Civil Engineering Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 50% of the Estimated Cost of work, III. One Civil Engineering Project with a cost of executed works not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost of work. The bidder should also have specific experience in Canal Lining, with combined canal cement concrete lining of not less than 25% of the estimated CC lining quantity shown in Schedule-A, and Concrete Work, with combined CC/RCC work of not less than 25% of the estimated CC/RCC quantity shown in Schedule-A. The average annual turnover in Civil engineering works should be not less than 30% of the estimated value of work during the last Three Financial years, updated by giving 7% simple weightage per year to bring them to the Current Financial Year price level.
