The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a minimum of 5 years of experience for certain technical personnel, such as Degree Holders in Civil Engineering and Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering. Additionally, Supervisors with a BSc (PCM) degree should have at least 5 years of experience. For Diploma holders in Civil Engineering or BSc (PCM), at least one year of field experience is required. The bidder should have successful experience of having successfully completed works with the following values and percentages: I. Three Civil Engineering Work with cost of executed works not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work (not less than ₹ 1041.00 Lacs each), II. Two Civil Engineering Work with cost of executed works not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work (not less than ₹ 1302.00 Lacs each), III. One Civil Engineering Work with cost of executed works not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work (not less than ₹ 2082.00 Lacks). The bidder should have completed works of similar type and magnitude, and needs to fill out Form 'C-1' which is for works of similar type and magnitude completed by the contractor/firm, issued by the Executive Engineer or equivalent officer. However, specific values and percentages for similar works are not mentioned. The bidder should have achieved minimum average annual turnover in Civil engineering works of not less than 30% of estimated value of work during the last Three Financial years. The value of work executed shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at the simple rate of 8% per annum, calculated from the date of completion of the work to date of publication of NIT. In addition to meeting the criteria of above General Experience, the bidder should have successful specific experience of having successfully or substantially completed, during last 07 years, all of the following components of the works: Concrete Works:- combined C.C./R.C.C. works 2700.00 cum.
