The bidder is required to have prior work experience of having successfully or substantially completed at least one Civil Engineering Project with a cost of executed works not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost of work. The completion date for this experience should fall within the preceding seven years. For specific experience, the bidder must have completed: (a) Canal Lining: combined canal cement concrete lining of at least 25% of the estimated CC lining quantity, in Civil Engineering Projects, considering not more than three projects. (b) Concrete Work: combined CC/RCC work of at least 25% of the estimated CC/RCC quantity, in Civil Engineering Projects, considering not more than three projects. The bidder should also have financial experience of having successfully completed or substantially completed, during the last 07 years, either of the following works: - Three Civil Engineering Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost of work, - Two Civil Engineering Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 50% of the Estimated Cost of work, - One Civil Engineering Project with a cost of executed works not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost of work. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum average annual turnover in Civil engineering works of not less than 30% of the estimated value of work during the last Three Financial years. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Substantially completed works mean at least 80 percent payments of the contract value have been received.
