Similar Work Experience Requirement: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost - Experience value is updated by giving an 8% simple weightage per year to bring it to the current financial year price level - Formula for updating experience value: Current Value * (1 + 0.08 * Number of Years since completion) 4.
