The bidder should have successfully completed similar works in the previous 7 years before the last date of the Bid submission. The qualification criteria for similar works are as follows: - 3 similar completed services each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs 5.00 Crore of the estimated cost put to this tender, - 2 similar completed services each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs 6.00 Crore of the estimated cost put to this tender, - 1 similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to Rs 10.00 Crores of the estimated cost put to this tender. The value of the "Completed Work(s)" considered by the Bidders shall be rounded off to the nearest two digits. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual average turnover of Rs. 4.00 Crore during the preceding 3 years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, it is mentioned that quotations of administrative/ service charge less than or equal to the TDS (which is 2% of bill value) would be treated as unresponsive and will not be considered. The bidder's relevant experience for the assignment should be substantiated with submission of work done/Work completion certificate (On going or completed works with minimum value of Rs. 5.70 Crore each). The bidder should have experience of supplying at least 10 (ten) qualified technical manpower and 10 (ten) supporting staff to a single client organization. The evaluation criteria for the bidder's experience include: - Number of years of experience of providing similar works, with a maximum score of 20 - Average Annual Turnover for the last three FY, with a maximum score of 20 - The bidder's relevant experience for the assignment, with a maximum score of 20 - Number of Operational and Technical Manpower to operate, with a maximum score of 15.
