The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in designing, developing, and implementing Enterprise GIS solutions with a value of at least 1 Cr. within the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in spatial data management, mapping, and analytics with a value of at least 25 Lakh, and experience in designing, developing, and implementing web/mobile applications with a value of at least 1 Cr. The bidder must have successfully executed or completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, or 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is 40 million, and the percentages for similar works are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost. The evaluation criteria for this experience include: - 2.5 marks per project up to 10 marks for Enterprise GIS solutions - 2.5 marks per project up to 5 marks for spatial data management, mapping, and analytics The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of at least INR 10 Crore in the last three financial years. The bidder should have 5 years of past experience in similar services and should provide documentary proof, such as work orders, contract agreements, or completion certificates, which explicitly state the scope of work done. In case of ongoing projects, a certificate from the CA certifying more than 70% fee received is required.
