Charges for meeting the cost of sundries & Consumable such as PH indicator , cotton, clothes & m-seal etc. & including all tools,tac kles, equipments, handling/ supervision charges for carrying out all activities enlisted in PART A (Operation) & PART B (Maintena nce).This also includes cost of providing two sets of Approved Quality Uniform (1 Set consisting of 1 Shirt & 1 Pant) with 1 Set bl ack Leather Shoe (Bata / Liberty) & 2 pair Socks & 2 Nos. Woolen Full Sleeve Sweater / Jacket to each workmen on yearly basis

Part - B (Maintenance)

2.01) Maintenance of water treatment plant (Reverse Osmosis Plant) and connecting network as per the maintenance schedule, as suggested by Manufacturer, and break-down maintenance, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including all the tools, tackles, manpower, minor consumables like cotton, cloth, m-seal, cement etc. and attending/ arresting leakages, if required, and repairing the equipment, if required, out the premises (Including to and fro transportation of equipment). The spares/ parts required for the maintenance work shall be issued free of cost to the contractor or shall be paid extra as per part-D (Supply of spares/parts). The schedule and details of the maintenance jobs shall be, but not limited to the following: 2.02) Weekly monitoring/ inspection of complete plant/ equipment by Engineer/ Technician to check the healthiness of the plant and associated network. The work shall include inspection, analysis, corrective action/ rectification, if required, to maintain the proper health of entire plant & connecting network. 2.03) Weekly cleaning of Rotometers. 2.04) Weekly cleaning of Water coolers cum Dispensers, including Body, Water Container, Waste Water Tray etc. Any chemical required for cleaning is in the scope of Contractor. 2.05) Weekly cleaning of IR filter. 2.06) Monthly Servicing of Dosing Systems. 2.07) Quarterly Chemical Cleaning of RO membranes. 2.08) Monthly servicing of High Pressure Motors & Pumps (2 Nos.), Flushing water Motors & pumps (2 No.), Drinking water Motors & Pumps (2 Nos.), Transfer Motor & Pump (1 No.), Cleaning Motor & Pump for Membrane (1 No.) and Reject Water Motor & Pump (1 No.) 2.09) Quarterly cleaning of the Drinking Water Tanks at Rooftop, adjacent to Canteen & at RO plant area & Yearly Cleaning of all other tanks 2.10) Quarterly Servicing of associated Electrical Panel 2.11) Annual overhauling of Dosing Pumps. 2.12) Annual overhauling of High Pressure Motors & Pumps (2 Nos.), Flushing water Motors & pumps (2 No.), Drinking water Motors & Pumps (2 Nos.), Transfer Motor & Pump (1 No.), Cleaning Motor & Pump for Membrane (1 No.), Reject Water Motor & Pump (1 No.) and Sump Motor & Pump (4 Nos.) 2.13) Annual servicing of Pressure Iron Removal Filter (IR filter size 700mm x 1500mm) & cleaning of filter media consisting of green sand, filtering sand and pea gravel. After boxing up, the filter vessel shall be checked for leakage for max. working pressure of 4 bar and the pressure drop across filtering media & activated charcoal bed should not be more than 1 bar.

Part - C (Cleaning of water tanks & other maintenance jobs)

"Cleaning of under ground R.C.C. Tank including clearing the work sites of all silt & rubbish and disposal of silt and rubbish from PLHO complex to the nearest municipal dump as per instructions of Engineer-in- charge. The cleaning shall consist of following opera tions:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area incuding tank walls and ceiling of the tank shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressur e washed with water for descaling. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge."

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all comple te as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for following capacities tank:

Part - D (Supply of spares/parts)

Supply of items, as and when required, at Indian Oil Bhavan, Noida as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The cost shall include al l taxes, duties, levies, transportation etc. complete.
