Part - E-Providing 'round-the-clock operational' and 'day-to-day maintenance' services,in line with the scope of work, as described under Spe cial conditions of contracts and indicated below:"(a) DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION of the following Equipments, as per requirements of office/as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge, as & w hen required on emergency basis, round-the-clock as per specifications: Generators (4 nos. * 500KVA) AMF cum sync panel for DG sets LT Panels & Breakers (ACBs/MCCBs) Changer over switches (on load/off load) 02 nos 1250KVA Transformers with On Load Tap-changers and remote tap changer panel 11KV HT Vaccum Circuit Breakers(Manual/Motorised charging type) UPS & batteries Numerical Relay/Protection circuit Resetting etc. Parking pole lights/ Peripheral Lights/Logo Lights/Aviation Lights/Façade Lights/ staircase light/ flood lights/RGB lights with cont roller/any other lights or electrical fitting HT/LT feeders like Lift Feeders/AC Feeders/ Rising Mains (Emergency/Normal) Provision of temporary connection e.g. for welding machine etc. including providing temp cable & switchboard Exhaust Fans/Ventilation Fans etc. Automatic Power Factor Capacitor Bank "."(b) DAY-TO-DAY MAINTENANCE including cleaning etc. for the following equipments (Spares/materials required for the work shall be p aid extra or shall be issued free of cost, including free electricity & water). However, charges shall include cost towards tools & tackles etc. complete as required: Transformers( 2 Nos.* 1250KVA) 11KV HT Switch Board consisting of 4 Panels UPS & batteries DG Sets (4 Nos, * 500 KVA) MCC/PCC/EMDB/MDB Circuit Breakers Metering & Protection Equipments Cable/Bus Bar Terminations APFC Panels Rising Mains Distribution Boards Peripheral Lights/Façade Lights/ staircase light/Flood Lights/RGB lights/any other electrical equipment Lightening Arrestors/Aviation Lights AMF cum sync panel of 04 nos DG sets Change-over Switches ".(c) PROVIDING DAY-TO-DAY ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES,as & when required, round-the-clock(on emergency basis) for the jobs such a s resetting of MCBs/ELCBs,isolating Faults,locating faults in light fittings/fixtures (on and beyond SDBs on each floor), providing new/ modification in the wiring/ electrical connection through false ceiling/ panelling, replacement/ installation of new/ defective parts of eqipments/ light fittings etc complete as required
