The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the successful completion of construction of various projects such as Buildings, Roads, Driveway, Boundary Wall, Steel Structure, Retaining wall, Petroleum or Gas Installations, and Retail outlets. For evaluation, the value of completed work shall be considered as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 82.10 Lakhs. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 109.47 Lakhs. - One similar completed work costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 136.83 Lakhs. The experience of the bidding entity only will be considered. Additionally, for civil work, including structural and painting works, the bidder should have engineers with specific years of experience based on the value of the works: - For works valued at 50-200, the bidder should have 1 engineer with 3 years of experience. - For works valued at 200-500, the bidder should have 1 engineer with 5 years of experience, 1 engineer with 2 years of experience, and 1 engineer with 1 year of experience. - For works valued at more than 500, the bidder should have 1 engineer with 8 years of experience, 1 engineer with 4 years of experience, and 1 engineer with 2 years of experience. The executed value of completed work submitted by the bidder shall be considered during evaluation for experience criteria. If the executed value of the job is more than the work order value, the bidder must submit documentary evidence of the final executed value. Completed similar works should be completed in all respects, and the final bill/completion certificate should be submitted as proof. Works in progress or incomplete works will not be considered for qualifying purposes. The conversion rate for work orders in multiple currencies or non-INR shall be based on the SBI TT selling rate as on the date of issue of the reference order(s). The bidder can use previous experience of the business vertical which has been taken over by the bidder. The amount for engineers with different years of experience is also mentioned: - Rs. 30,000 for an engineer with 3 years of experience for works valued at 50-200. - Rs. 40,000 for an engineer with 5 years of experience, Rs. 25,000 for an engineer with 2 years of experience, and Rs. 20,000 for an engineer with 1 year of experience for works valued at 200-500. - Rs. 50,000 for an engineer with 8 years of experience, Rs. 35,000 for an engineer with 4 years of experience, and Rs. 25,000 for an engineer with 2 years of experience for works valued at more than 500.
