Providing, operating, maintaining in good condition 01 no. of Two wheel driven diesel UV (Utility vehicle of Make/model: Mahindra Scorpio S5 or superior make / model or eqivalent make / model not earlier than January 2021 with closed doors hard top, having minimum registered capacity of 7 persons, good cushioned seats with neat white cloth covers, hand holds & grips, curtains/sun guards, hooks (for toeing of other vehicles or materials) etc. on all days including holidays/off days inclusive of all taxes, octroi, cost of fuel, lubricants, wages of operating & maintenance crew with all other charges involved therein & incidental in running of vehicle on road, obtaining necessary fitness certificates, road permits, clearance/ permits for using vehicle as commercial/ contract service vehicle for carrying passengers, materials/equipment etc. as per tender document conditions and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge and as per daily schedule provided by the Owner/EIC. The vehicle should have Fire Extinguisher, Stereo, floor mats, fan, Vehicle perfume, napkin box, first-aid box , multi pin mobile charger arrangements, cleaned Water camper (min. 10 Litres), standard fittings of the manufacturer and other required fitting for comfortable travelling, State entry tax permit for UP & Rajasthan , cost of uniform, cost of communication, maintenance of vehicle etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge / Officer-in-Charge. The Vehicle must have valid taxi permits & commercial registration for applying in the state of UP and Rajasthan. Fixed charges for one Jeep for aggregate monthly run of 3000 Km (Three thousand kms), 7 days a week.Duty Hours shall be from 0800hrs. to 2100 hrs. However, in case of exigency, if the vehicle is required to be deployed beyond duty hours, the contractor has to provide the vehicle and no extra claim on this account shall be entertained/paid to contractor.
