Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement : 12 mm cement plaster

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete : On steel work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] :Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations. (3) Cutting of all reinforcement shall be done using hack saw or chiesel or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge]

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead : For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually or by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. [Notes: (1) Dismantling shall be allowed during day shift only & prior permission for the same shall be obtained. (2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations]

Providing and laying Double Charge Vitrified Tiles (polished finish) of specified sizes (thickness to be specified by the Manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacture, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily : Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

Supplying, fitting and fixing punched tape concertina spiral coil of 50 turns per coil having core wire of 2.6 mm diameter made of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per IS:4454 (Part-I, Grade-II) having minimum galvanising coating thickness equivalent to 230 grams per square metre and low carbon steel strip of 0.5 mm thickness having a series of barbes punched all along the length on both sides of the strip at regular interval as per IS:513, DD quality having minimum galvanising coating thickness of 12 microns. Hardness of tape should be between 137-180 VPN (Victor Penetration Number). The coil should be clipped sufficiently at regular intervals. The coil should not be stretched for more than 6.0 m length and the minimum diameter of the coil in the closed condition should not be less than 600 mm complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing, shop fabricated M.S. steel Electroforged Welded Gratings (Hot dip galvanised as per IS:2629 and tested as per IS:2633 and IS:6745) of approved make with quantity of zinc coating shall not be less than 9.0 N/sqm of surface area (0.12 mm uniform thickness) over drains, stair treads etc., wherever required with maximum size of void/ mesh in the grating limited to 33 mm x 50 mm including welding/ fixing/ clamping to base frame, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture. [Note: Unit "EA" shall mean "PER LETTER PER CM HEIGHT"].
