Under ground piping for Process piping (with PU/3LPE Coating)-3 NPS (3.5" OD x 0.216"/ 0.438" WT) ASTM A106/ A333/ A53 Pipe:Taking delivery of bare Pipes, pipe fittings, steel flanges, spiral wound metallic gaskets & fasteners from designated location within station premises transporting the same to site, fabrication and erection of underground piping including cutting, edge preparation, bending, threading, lining up and welding, excavating, trenching in all kind of soil to specific depths as indicated in drawings and installing pipes and all types of pipe fittings like flanges, elbows, equal and reducing outlet tees, concentric/eccentric reducers, drain funnels, vent pipe and tapping for instrument such as pessure gauges, thermal relief valves, thermowells etc., underground at elevations indicated in the drawing connecting with equipment nozzles, valves, vessels, in-line instruments etc.,Cleaning exposed steel surfaces of Bare Pipes, Pipe Joints, Fittings, Flanges ,equipment and valves etc. by sand blasting or with power wire brush (wherever sand blast cleaning is not possible) free of dust, grease, mill scales etc. and applying single layer polyurethane coating(PU) using 100% solvent free elastomeric plyurethane/ liquid epoxy, with approved materials,Equipment etc, holiday detection of the coating, cleaning of coated pipes by water flushing after cleaning by compresed air,hydrostatic testing of each section to the specified pressure, draining the water, tie-in, back filling, restoration of site final cleaning up and disposal of water and surpluses, providing all inputs such as labour, materials equipment and consumable necessary to perform the work (other than those specifically undertaken to be supplied by the owner under the contract) and completing the work in all respects in accordance with the drawings, specifications and instructions of the Site Engineer / EIC. In case of 3LPE coated pipes, weld joints shall be PU coated. Note: 1. Thickness and Grade mentioned in the item are for reference only and may vary. Payment shall be based on OD. 2. Payment for external PU/ epoxy coating shall be done separately as per relevant SOR item.

Hiring of 20 KL tankers during maintenance of SR Tank for receipt in SR tank and empty out SR Tank product . All tools and tackles including flameproof pump, Connecting hose of require size and length and pressure rating 150#, connectors, flanges etc is on contractors scope to empty out SR tank .Tanker(s) shall to be deployed at owners site round the clock by contractor as and when required basis. Unit of measurement is per day and one day is equal to 24 Hours. Rate is considered for one tanker. The above hiring is inclusicve of driver as and when required basis.
