Annual Maintenance of following 22 nos DG set (Radiator/HE cooled tower type), including Supply & replacement of lub oil, Coolant, Filters i.e. lube/oil/fuel/air etc., Filter Cartridge, Belt, belt guard, all type of seal, all type Hose with clip, all type of fuel supply pipe, Centrifuge, injectors, Coupling/coupling flange, Thermostat and other minor parts, servicing of generator sets, alternators, self starter servicing and rewinding of dynamo, AVR service/replacement etc. i/c Replacement of minor un-serverable parts, discaling of water line, cleaning of cooling towers, minor maintenance of electrical panel & batteries i/c replacement of indicator, lugs, terminal, switches & distilled water, Painting of body & fuel tank once in a year etc.as required. i.e. 2X750 KVA, 8X500 KVA, 6x320 KVA, 4X250KVA, 1X200 KVA and 1x50 KVA DG sets installed at different substation/location in IIT Kanpur Campus and IIT Noida extension centre.
