Warranty certificate for every product as provided by the OEM. 2. Bid-specific authorization of OEM for all branded items. 3. MRP/Pricelist of the product/item along with the brand, duly stamped and signed by the bidder. 4. Certificate regarding acceptance of all the terms and conditions. 5. Experience and past performance certificates as per the specified format. 6. MSE/MSME certificate, if applicable. 7. OEM Authorization Certificate 8. Certificate from the bidder regarding acceptance of all terms and conditions. 9. Validation of credentials and approval by the Buyer. Valid proof for experience criteria includes: 1. Contract copy along with Invoice(s) with self-certification by the bidder that service/supplies against the invoices have been executed. 2. Execution certificate by client with contract value. 3. Any other document in support of contract execution.
