Bidders or their OEMs (either directly or through resellers) must have regularly manufactured and supplied the same or similar category products to any central/state government organization or PSU for three years before the bid opening date. Copies of relevant contracts showing supply quantities for each financial year must be submitted. For bids with multiple items, the highest-value primary product must meet this criterion. Additionally, bidders or their OEMs must have supplied the same or similar category products for at least 50% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date to any central/state government organization or PSU. Copies of relevant contracts proving the cumulative order quantity in any one financial year must be submitted. For bids with multiple items, the highest-bid-value primary product category must meet this criterion. No specific monetary values are provided.
