The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific value requirements as follows: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully executed similar nature of work(s) for the minimum aforesaid value, as a main contractor or sub-contractor, during any of the last 07 years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For Group A: 3 similar completed works each of value not less than ₹ 26.09 lakh, or 2 similar completed works each of value not less than ₹ 34.78 lakh, or 1 similar completed work of value not less than ₹ 43.47 lakh. - For Group B: 3 similar completed works each of value not less than ₹ 9.21 lakh, or 2 similar completed works each of value not less than ₹ 12.28 lakh, or 1 similar completed work of value not less than ₹ 15.35 lakh. - For Group C: 3 similar completed works each of value not less than ₹ 17.59 lakh, or 2 similar completed works each of value not less than ₹ 23.45 lakh, or 1 similar completed work of value not less than ₹ 29.31 lakh. - For Group D: 3 similar completed works each of value not less than ₹ 25.50 lakh, or 2 similar completed works each of value not less than ₹ 34.00 lakh, or 1 similar completed work of value not less than ₹ 42.50 lakh. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is ₹ 26123303. The bidder needs to submit supporting documents against qualification criteria in the form of copies of work order(s), Schedule of Rates along with execution/ experience/completion certificate(s). Also, the bidder is required to have 7 years of past experience for similar services.
