The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. The bidder should have completed similar works, which mean construction of road work with GSB, WMM, DBM, and BC, with specific cost requirements. The cost requirements for similar completed works are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - or Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - or One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Project cost put to tender. Additionally, for certain works like road, sewerage, O.H.T., Tube well, Bridge, SPS, STP, and electrification, only experience of similar works is considered. For internal development of sectors involving road, drain, water supply, and sewerage, experience of any two activities may be considered. The threshold value for BM/BC work is Rs. 1.0 crore, which requires a notarized affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper for ownership of Hot mix plant along with purchase bill for costs above this threshold, or a notarized affidavit stating agreement with the owner of the plant for purchase of BM/BC for costs one crore or below Rs. 1.0 crore.
