The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. The experience can be in the form of three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or one similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated project cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of five years of experience, with specific mention of experience in works such as water proofing and anti-termite works. The bidder should have completed similar works with values such as up to Rs.10.00 Lacs, Rs.15.00 Lacs, Rs.100.00 Lacs, and Rs.500.00 Lacs. The cumulative financial turnover and current liquid assets requirements are also specified, with different requirements based on the bid value, such as 5% of the bid value with a minimum of Rs.10.00 Lacs, 10% of the bid value with a minimum of Rs.15.00 Lacs, and 12% of the bid value with a minimum of Rs.100.00 Lacs. The bidder's capability to execute works will be assessed based on their past experience, and they should be capable of executing works in accordance with the specifications and within the specified time schedule. The bidder should also submit experience certificates with details such as the name of the work, amount of work done, and actual date of completion or proposed date of completion. The bidder needs to provide information on the works awarded to them that have been executed satisfactorily, including the name of the work, total value of the work, date of start and completion, and whether any compensation was levied for delay. The bidder's performance is considered good if they are capable of executing works of a certain magnitude, and their financial position appears sound. In terms of specific values, the bidder needs to have a turnover above a certain amount, with different requirements based on the turnover amount, such as above 2.0 crore, between 1.0 to 2.0 crore, and below 1.0 crore.
