The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years, with specific conditions including: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated project cost put to tender Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and should have executed works with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. For certain works, the bidder should have experience of more than 1.5 times the bid value, with a specific percentage of 12% of the bid value for works up to Rs.100.00 Lacs, and 2 times the bid value with the same 12% percentage for works between Rs.100.00 Lacs and Rs.500.00 Lacs. For works of Rs.500.00 Lacs and above, the experience required is 2 times the bid value. The cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years, with a minimum turnover of Rs. 2.00 crore.
