The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the category of work. For works more than 5.00 Lacs & up to 15.00 Lacs, the bidder should have at least four years of experience in similar works, with two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. For works more than 15.00 Lacs & up to 100.00 Lacs, the bidder should have at least four years of experience in similar works, with two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. For works more than 100.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs, the bidder should have at least four years of experience in similar works, with two jobs of total value equal to 75% of the bid value. For works more than 500.00 Lacs, the bidder should have at least four years of experience in similar works, with one job of total value equal to 75% of the bid value. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last four years, with details of the work, amount of work done, and actual or proposed date of completion. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the form of a list of works satisfactorily completed during the last Five financial years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Sector undertaking and Public and Private Limited Companies. The percentage of similar works completed is 75% for works more than 100.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs, and for works more than 500.00 Lacs. The amount of similar works completed is equal to the bid value for works up to 100.00 Lacs, and 75% of the bid value for works more than 100.00 Lacs. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in specific areas such as Science Park/Science Museum/Planetarium with Science Park infrastructure development, and should have undertaken at least one similar work out of the following: a- Science related gallery b- Indoor Hands-on Models c- Dinosaurs Models d- Space and Rocket Models e- Planetarium and sky Show f- 3D/7D theatre and show. The bidder should also have a minimum turnover requirement and liquid assets requirement, with a relaxation of 20% given to working contractors.
