The required prior work experience for the bidder includes at least four consecutive years of work experience in the organized sector. For works more than Rs. 10.00 lacs, the bidder should have completed at least two jobs equal to the bid value or one job of total 75% of the bid value. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have: - For work more than Rs. 10.00 lacs and up to Rs. 100.00 lacs: Two jobs equal to the bid value or one job of total 75% of the bid value. - For work more than Rs. 100.00 lacs and up to Rs. 500.00 lacs: Two times the bid value. - For work more than Rs. 500.00 lacs: Two times the bid value. The bidder should have completed similar works equal to 75% of the bid value for works more than Rs. 10.00 lacs. Additionally, the bidder's progress will be evaluated, and if any work is behind schedule by more than 25%, the bidder shall be disqualified. The bidder should submit an "Experience Certificate of Similar Works" with details such as the total number of certificates attached, name of work, amount of work done till date, and actual or proposed date of completion.
