East Central Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing specific categories of work during the last 07 years. These categories are: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The bidder must provide a list of works completed in the last three financial years, including description of work, organization for whom executed, approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award, and date of scheduled completion of work. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The bidder is also required to submit a list of works on hand, indicating description of work, contract value, and approximate value of balance work yet to be done, and date of award. In case of more than one L-1 bidders, tender may be awarded to tenderer having higher Bid Capacity or the tenderer having done more value of similar work in last three previous financial years and the current financial year upto the date of opening of the tender. Mentioned values and percentages of similar works completed include 30%, 40%, and 60% of the advertised value of the tender.
