Pipe as vertical member welded with (600x 600x 10 mm) M.S. plate at top and (750x7500x12mm) at bottom for bearing of horizontal frame comprising of 50mm N.B. made medium class main pipe. 40 MM Class heavy N.B. Pipe bracing as per approved design. Drawing with one cost of steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Also vertical pole should have the strip of AFP (Alluminium Flexible Sheeting) 0.3x 1 M Pasted with Epoxy to provide safety complete construction of RCC foundation of size 1.00x1.00m and 1.80Mtr. deep for built up overhead structure including earth work in excavation. 100MM thick lean concrete in 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and 40mm guage stone blast, RCC with 1:1.5:3 cement , coarse sand and 20mm stone gritincluding supply & courting of 25mm dia foundation bolts(900 mm) long as per provision of structure including coast of reinforcement and shuttering as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing & fixing of reflective signs made out of retro reflective sheeting of micro prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2022 & TypeXI standards of ASTM D4956-09 specifications with 2 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel with back frame MS angle of 35x35x5 mm, Special Inks used for printing letters/ legends/ directions/ theme shall be certified for low volatile organic compound emission & shall be water based ink (non solvent & non eco solvent ink) with durability of with Anti Graffiti feacture for Scratch resistance 10 years atleast. The reflective sheeting signage facia shall be covered with ultra voilet overlaminate transparant film 10 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an government test lab report of 3 year conducted in India condition for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor.
