The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature, with specific requirements for different types of work, such as: - Carriageway works: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 30. - Footpath works: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 10. - Street lightning works: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 10. - Roadside landscapes works: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. - Underground utilities works: - Power Line (HT/LT): minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 15. - Storm water: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 10. - Sewer: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. - Water Supply: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. - Telecom (OFC): minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. - Gas: minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - 40% in case of three similar works - 50% in case of two similar works - 80% in case of similar nature works estimated project cost - 25% of the Bid Price for subcontracting components of the Works - 10% of contract value for access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities - 25% of the contract value of work for the bidder's investment during the implementation of work. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, including distribution power line shifting and relocation of HT/LT (11KV & above) power line. The bidder should also provide evidence of ownership of major items of construction equipment and submit documents such as an affidavit, solvency certificate, and registration certificate. The total maximum score for the technical evaluation is 100. If the work experience is of lesser length than mentioned, the marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis. The bidder must ensure that the experience mentioned is supported by completion certificates. In the case of a Joint Venture, the technical evaluation has to be filled jointly, combining the aggregate experience of all partners. The solvency amount should be at least 40% of the estimated cost of the project. For a Joint Venture, the combined solvency of all partners must meet the specified requirements. The Net Worth of the bidder should not have eroded by more than 30% in the last three years.
