The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - General experience and experience in the proposed position for key personnel - Existing commitments and ongoing works - Works for which bids have already been submitted - Proposed sub-contracts and firms involved The similar work experience can be in the form of: - At least one work - not less than 80% of estimated project cost. - At least two works - not less than 50% of estimated project cost. - At least three works - not less than 40% of estimated project cost. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last five years, with substantially completed works meaning those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering works for a minimum length as per the technical evaluation, and should have experience in executing similar nature of work over the last five years. The bidder should provide information on the total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years, with values to be filled in the format provided, with units of measurement being Rs. in lakhs. The evaluation criteria include: - Carriageway works: 30 marks, with a minimum length of 50% of the total length of the package. - Footpath works: 10 marks, with a minimum length of 50% of the total length of the package. - Street lightning works: 10 marks, with a minimum length of 50% of the total length of the package. - Roadside landscapes works: 5 marks, with a minimum length of 50% of the total length of the package. - Underground utilities works: - Power Line Underground (Civil Work only): 15 marks. - Storm water: 10 marks. - Sewer: 5 marks. - Water Supply: 5 marks. - Telecom (OFC): 5 marks. - Gas: 5 marks. The total marks for the evaluation criteria are 100. If the work experience is of lesser length than mentioned, the marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis. Proposals for subcontracting components of the Works amounting to 25 per cent of the Bid Price are allowed.
