The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction work, with a total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size, with at least one similar work of the Lead Bidder with a value of at least 40% in case of three similar works, 50% in case of two similar works, or 80% in case of one similar work, compared to the estimated project cost. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 50 crore for each of the last five years. The annual financial turnover amount should be INR 6317.99 Lakh or above for the last five years. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of at least 10% of the estimated cost, which is INR 631.79 Lakh or above. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Carriageway works with a minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 30 marks. * Footpath works with a minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 10 marks. * Street lighting works with a minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 10 marks. * Roadside landscapes works with a minimum length equal to 50% of the total length of the package, with a maximum score of 5 marks. * Underground utilities works, including: + Power Line (HT/LT) with a maximum score of 15 marks. + Storm water with a maximum score of 10 marks. + Sewer with a maximum score of 5 marks. + Water Supply with a maximum score of 5 marks. + Telecom (OFC) with a maximum score of 5 marks. + Gas with a maximum score of 5 marks. The total maximum score for similar works is 100 marks. If the work experience is of less length than mentioned above, the marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis. The bidder should have a solvency certificate with a solvency amount of at least 40% of the estimated cost of the project. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - At least 40% of the estimated project cost in case of three similar works - At least 50% of the estimated project cost in case of two similar works - At least 80% of the estimated project cost in case of one similar work - A minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the contract value - Access to lines of credit and other financial resources facilities with a value of at least 10% of the contract value - A subcontracting component of 25% of the bid price - Annual financial turnover amount of INR 6317.99 Lakh or above for the last five years - Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of at least 10% of the estimated cost, which is INR 631.79 Lakh or above.
