The bidder is required to have 5 years of past experience in the same or similar service. The experience should be specifically in providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU, with the experience ending on the month of March prior to the bid opening. Regarding similar works completed, the bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least some projects with a contract value not less than Rs 3 crore yearly for each contract of providing manpower services to central/state government departments. The bidder should have at least 5 no. of projects with a supply of 75% of manpower in each contract of providing manpower services to central/state government departments/public sector undertakings. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual turnover of 300 Lakh for 3 years. Furthermore, the bidder is required to have at least 40% of the required manpower on their payroll for at least one year, and own 30% of the bid quantity of vehicles in their name or in the name of the proprietor/partner of the Service Provider.
