Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in two or more coats on new work i/c s/o all material, labor, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

20 mm thick CP in 1:2 CM on BW on rough surface finished with 3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement up to floor V lvl including s/o all material, labor, T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of work.

P/l APP modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm rhick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @0.40ltr/Sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25ºC, 0.87-0.89kg/ltr and viscocity 70-160cps.over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall br laid butane torch and sealing joints etc.and preparing the surface complete.the vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joimt strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23ºC as 350/300N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N.softening point of ,embrane not less than 150ºC. cold flexibility shall be up to -2ºC when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade in two or more coats on new work i/c s/o all material, labor, T&P etc. reqd for proper completion of work.

All section of aluminium shall be of Hindalco / Jindal / Ajit India / Boruka make the above will comprising all accessories live snap beading of heavy quality anodized powder coated color section, alm handle 200 mm long will be colored with reqd screws, 100 mm wide alm colored hinges, 200mm long colored alm tower bolt, lock & key ISI mark, EPDM rubber gasket heavy duty soft quality will be provided, floor spring should be heavy quality ISI mark make Sandhu/ Zip/ Everest. D/W/V/sliding w/ fixed partition will consisting one or more parts with reqd size (as per drg) of 3 mm thick ACP sheet of Alstring / Alstone make with both side one color lamination including wastage. 5mm thick plain glass of AIS/Saint gobain/ Modi guard will be provided with breakage if any recd shall be liability of contrator. Providing and injection chemical for pre-constructional anti-termite treatment and creating and chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface in plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (part 2013) IMIDACLOPRID SC 3.05 concentrate or any other approved material such as Hapthachlor of Chlordane will be used. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical panel, modular type, front accessible only, free floor standing confirming to Minimum IP:43 degree of protection. The panel sheet structure shall undergo seven tank pre-treatment process before painting. The sheet steel shall be all of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet. All the openable compartments of the panel shall be completely shrouded and provided with padlocking arrangement on all compartments including bus bar and cable alley chambers. The panel height shall not exceed 2200mm and the maximum operating height for any switchgear shall not be more than 1700mm. The panel shall be provided with minimum 75mm base channel frame fabricated from ISMC sections. All bus bar links in the panel shall be solid bus bars with coloured PVC shrinkable sleeves, no wires will be acceptable. Continuous earth bus shall run alround the panel with earthing studs provided at minimum 2 places. The control wiring shall be carried out with minimum 1.5/2.5 sqmm copper wires and adequate number of NO/NC, potential free contacts incorporated for remote operation of the starters. Proper sized cable termination gland plates shall be provided on cable alleys and knockouts for same shall be provided during fabrication stage itself. The panel shall be provided with a thermostatically controlled heating arrangement (200 W) to take care of high humidity conditions. A 5A socket service outlet (single phase) shall be provided in one of the compartments as ervice outlet in the panel. Panel shall be so designed at to have minimum 20% spare feeders/space. Panel shall undergo epoxy powder coated paint, colour as per IS:5 requirement. All cable terminations shall be from top. The complete panel shall be fuse less type, for control circuits 2A/6A MCB's to be used. All bus bars shall be of aluminium, electrolytic grade only. Maximum design density shall not exceed 1 Amps/Sqmm. All bus bars shall be insulated with coloured heat shrinkable PVC sleeved. All bus bar supports shall be non hygroscopic DMC/SMC supports. The panel shall be manufactured in conformance to requirements of local electrical inspector and it shall be contractors responsibility to get initial approval of drawings and also final approval of complete electrical works related to this section.
