R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit in proportion of 1 :1.5 :3 (one cement : 1.5 c.sand : 3 stone grit of 20 mm nominal size ) in Wall & Column excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of works. Painting or varnishing work in Large areas or new work with one coat (upto one sqm) of primer & two coats of approved superior quality ready mixed paint including supply of all Materials,labour,tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no.103-1950. Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars [DSR : 5.22.1]/2018

WIDENING AND STRENGTHENING OF ROAD [PART- B]

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done in regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M lift and 30 M lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 50 M distance and landscaping and including loading, unloading and royalty of earth charges etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by E/I. [ SI. No.253(a)]2020

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing with mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401. [A.R.]

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mixed Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base \ course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversions etc. as per table 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specifications clause 406.

Bitumen tack coat over painted surface @ 0.70 Kg/M2 including cost of bitumen VG-10 including maintenance of side pateries & watering, ramming during operation drum including supply of all materials, labour machines, fuel wood and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORTH specification No. 502 and as per direction of E/I. [Analysis]

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filter, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desirfed compaction. As per MoRT &H Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects.

ROAD SAFETY [PART- C]

P/L of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @250 gm./sqm, Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35. Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge [DSR : 16.65/2018]

Supply & Fixing of Reflective raised Pavement maker (Cat Eye) Type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennison/3M (USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate ASA HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635M.T. tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (Capable of providing total internal relflection of light) electronically welded to the body. The length, height and width of the body shall not exceed 130 mm, 20 mm and 105 mm respectively. The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq.cm. on each side sloping at the angle of 35 + 5 to specification of category A of MoRT & H circular no. RW/NH33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent with 7 years warranty.
