This should be as a direct bid, not as a subcontractor. "Similar works" are defined as supplying, installing, and commissioning a CCTV system. To qualify, bidders must meet one of the following criteria: one similar work valued at no less than INR 7.88 lakhs; two similar works, each valued at no less than INR 4.92 lakhs; or three similar works, each valued at no less than INR 3.94 lakhs. Additionally, bidders must have supplied similar products for 80% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years to a Central/State Government organization or PSU.
