Acrylic cementitious waterproofing (Sunken, Toilets, Balcony, sumps, drains etc. ):Providing and applying a two component polymer based cementitious waterproofing system in following sequence; Cleaning All the RCC surface areas thoroughly so that they are free of all contaminants like dirt and laitance & to remove all the loose materials by grinding / wire brush etc. Removal of all surface imperfections, protrusions, loose concrete & filling of cracks using Multipurpose Polymer (Multipurpose polymer) modified Mortar as per the specification and manufacturer's instructions, include cementitious grouting on RCC surface for any cracks/ fissures.Bore Packing: All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout - of approved make having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with EPoxy Bonding agent so as to enhance the bond between pipe surface and concrete/wall.Providing and laying of angle fillets (50mm x 50mm) at the junction of slab & vertical walls prepared with polymer modified cement mortar 1:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement and bond coat of Multipurpose Polymer over the hacked surface with or as per manufacture's specifications & instructions. Providing & applying two component Acrylic cementitious coating having elongation 200%-250% , Tensile strength 1.70 N/Sqmm- 2.00 N/Sqm, @consumption of 2 kg/Sqm in two coats to the clean and saturated surface maintaining a coverage as per manufacturer recommendationin two coats. In horizontal & vertically up to 300mm height above FFL (toilets, kitchens/sunken area where ever required as per the drawing etc.). The interval between each coat of coating application is 12-14hrs. Crack Bridging Capacity : up to 3.5mm,. Vertical protection - Waterproof Plaster - For Toilet/sunken area : Providing & applying 15 mm thick protective plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with integral waterproofing compound@ 200ml/bag of cement over treated surface, curing, testing etc. all complete.
