The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years in specific areas such as Bituminous Road work, Building Construction, Sewer and water supply OMT Construction, and others. For each area, the experience required is as follows: 1. For Bituminous Road work/Resurfacing work: Experience in Bituminous Road Work. 2. For Building Construction/Multistorey Building: Experience in building Multistorey RCC Frame Structure/G+4 building and above with basement. 3. For Sewer and water supply OMT Construction: Experience in any such similar work. 4. For Sewer Cleaning: Experience in such work only. 5. For Survey work/Topographical survey/Leveling/Contouring: Experience in such survey work only. 6. For CC Road work and RCC Drain: Experience in such similar work. 7. For Brick Drain/Footpath/Interlocking Tiles/Boundary wall/Masonry work/BUILDING REPAIR work: Experience in any such work only. 8. For Miscellaneous Work/Railing/Painting/Earth work/Road and Jungle Cleaning: Experience of same type of work. 9. For DCC Drain/RCC Retaining Wall/RCC Culvert/Storm Water drainage project: Experience in any such similar work. 10. For Maintenance Work: Experience of Horticulture work only. 11. For Maintenance of Horticulture Work: Experience of Apartments/Buildings only such as Housekeeping/Supply of Labour etc. of Colony. 12. For Signages/Logo/Road signages along highway and arterial roads: Experience in any one along with structure. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost put to tender. Available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value. The available bid capacity will be calculated as: - Assessed Available Bid capacity = (AM + N + B), where - AM = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent per year, taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. - N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited, with a period up to 6 months to be taken as half a year and more than 6 months as one year. - B = Value at the current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited.
