The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: 1. For similar works, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. Specific experience requirements for different types of work are: 1. Bituminous Road work: Experience in Bituminous Road Work only. 2. Building Construction: Experience in building multistorey RCCH frame construction structure, including full filling and above water basin basement only. 3. Sewer and water supply: Experience in any such similar work. 4. Survey works: Experience in topographical survey, level, and contouring only. 5. ACC road work and HCC Drain: Experience in such similar work. 6. Brick Drain, footpath, Interlocking Tiles: Experience in any such work only. 7. Boundary wall, Masonry work, Building Repair work: Experience in any such work only. 8. Miscellaneous Work: Experience in the same type of work, such as painting, fan fixing, garbage disposal, road cleaning, etc. 9. DTRCC Drain, RCC Retaining Wall, RCC Culvert: Experience in any such similar work, including drainage projects. The bidder should have experience in works such as: * Sewer Cleaning * Survey works * ACC road work and HCC Drain * Brick Drain, footpath, Interlocking Tiles * Boundary wall, Masonry work, Building Repair * Miscellaneous Work * RCC Drain, RCC Retaining Wall, RCC Culvert * Maintenance Work * Boundary Wall with Grill and Railing * Pond, Lake, Ghat, Park Development, Landscaping The experience should be clearly mentioned in the Experience Certificate, including the date of start and actual completion, details of major items with amounts. The bidder should attach the required same nature of work or above-listed related similar nature of work mentioned in the BOQ. The bidder should also have a Project Manager with a degree and 10 years of experience, a Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience, and a Graduate Engineer with no experience specified. Additionally, a Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience and 10 years of experience are also mentioned. The rate of recovery in case of non-compliance includes: - Project Manager with a degree: 10 years of experience, Rs 50,000 per month - Graduate Engineer: 5 years of experience, Rs 30,000 per month - Graduate Engineer: no experience specified, Rs 20,000 per month - Diploma Engineer: 5 years of experience, no rate specified - Diploma Engineer: 10 years of experience, no rate specified The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for three, two, and one similar completed works respectively.
