Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, painting, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 minimum required grade E250,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL/APPOLO, conforming to IS 1161/4923/1239, minimum required Grade YST 240, in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffoldings etc. required for all operations involved. The structural members shall be painted with 250 DFT anticorrosive protection coating using Paint/Primer of approved make with one or two coat of Epoxy Primer cum MIO 150 microns thick and final coat of polyurethane paint 100 microns thick (to be applied in 2 coats). Up to all heights including preparation of the surface by copper slag blasting before application of primer/paint as per SA2.5 standard. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete. (Note: The work shall be executed as per manufacturer’s specifications wherever applicable, relevant code of practice and sound engineering practice.)

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of Tensile Fabric Roof along with Mehler Texnologies Valmex Type-II Mehatop N or Serge Ferrari TXA - 900 F (Article B4617) Type-II fabrics or Sattler Pro-Tex Atlas-TFX type-II or equivalent having weight of 900 g/sqm with flame retardant as per particular specification. PVDF lacquer on both sides. Colour of the fabric should be white, Conditional Warranty of 20 years on the fabric, over steel frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanised MS Membrane/ End Plate, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turnbuckles, swedge, fork, keder rods & galvanized MS strands/ cables with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing/ Detail & as per specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric , shop drawings, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stich of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI cables, hardware, Aluminium flat, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect.) Supporting steel frame shall be paid separately under structural steel item. (Note: Actual Plan area of canopy shall only be measured for payment.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete. Note-Compaction shall be done with needle vibrator and screed vibrator. The panel shall be made with C-Channel of the full height of concrete to be laid and floater will be applied there upon and proper texture will be made with booming. Initially Mechanically cutting of dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness shall have to cut. Subsequently groove cutting as per dummy/construction/expansion joints will be done 10mm width x 50mm deep as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and Noting extra shall be paid for performing these activity.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Dismantling and Re-fixing of existing rolling shutters after cutting and making of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and and M.S. top cover of required size rolling shutters, as per specification and direction of EIC.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & fixing necessary arrangement and making necessary holes etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.1)With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Steel structure for tensile fabric roofing and G.I profile sheet roofing structure ,RCC foundation work, i/c design vetted by I.I.T/NIT, detailed Construction & Architectural drawings and revision of drawing if required during execution etc. as specified in tender document and any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of works etc complete as per particular specification and direction of EIC.
