BOQ ITEMS: Sub-Head A (Operation and Maintenance) Periodical Operation and Maintenance of various Electrical and Mechanical Installations of Terminal Building, ATC Tower, Fire station including AC Operation, Pump Operation, Fire Fighting and alarm systems operation, GLF operation and other ancillary buildings including operation, repairs and maintenance, attending faults / breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints, preventive maintenance and maintenance of records / documentation etc. as per tender specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays by providing following minimum manpower as per requirement in general shift per day. (a) Skilled Manpower(Electrician/Technician)-02 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off/Holiday) (b) Unskilled Manpower(Helper -02 Nos. (Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off / Holiday). Note-Contractor has to provide Reliever on Weekly Offs / Holidays of above required staffs., Periodical Operation and Maintenance of various Electrical and Mechanical Installations of Sub-Station i/c repairs and maintenance, attending faults / breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints, preventive maintenance including operation of DG sets of different capacity and maintenance of records / documentation etc. as per tender specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays by providing following manpower as per requirement for round the clock operation in three shifts per day. (One lengths of suction, discharge piping and length of copper wire shall be measured one meter for this item) 1st Year , Supply and laying of refrigerant copper piping including top up of gas charging suitable for 1.5TR / 2TR / 2.5TR capacity of different type AC Units, both suction and discharge along with suitable thermal Insulation and suitable necessary accessories for connection complete for shifting/ reinstallation of ACs as per site requirement. (One lengths of suction, discharge piping and length of copper wire shall be measured one meter for this item) 2nd Year, Annual comprehensive maintenance of water cooler ( Make- Voltas Model- No. VOLTAS WC FS 40/80NP ) installed at terminal building, inclusive of all spares, materials involving repair and maintenance as per manufacturer schedule, servicing including routine preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance including repair/replacement of compressor, electronic circuit board, mechanical, equipment, safety controls and instrumentations, gas charging etc. ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of recordes/documentation etc. as per tender conditions covered under this contract, providing all necessary consumables complete as required. 1st Year , Annual comprehensive maintenance of water cooler ( Make- Voltas Model- No. VOLTAS WC FS 40/80NP ) installed at terminal building, inclusive of all spares, materials involving repair and maintenance as per manufacturer schedule, servicing including routine preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance including repair/replacement of compressor, electronic circuit board, mechanical, equipment, safety controls and instrumentations, gas charging etc. ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of recordes/documentation etc. as per tender conditions covered under this contract, providing all necessary consumables complete as required. 2nd Year, Annual comprehensive maintenance for RO System( Make, Kent ELITE PLUS) upto 50 litre capacity including replacement of all defective components and carrying monthly service activity as required. ABC Type 5KG Capacity, Dismantling of high wall split type air conditioning unit , re-installation, testing and commissioning of capacity up to 2 TR. air-conditioner units , fixing of existing refrigerant pipe, insulation and existing flexible copper conductor cable between evaporator and condenser units, topping up refrigerant gas etc. complete as required., Servicing of Land T Make, Model- CN-CS 800S1 Air circuit breaker 800 Amp through authorised service dealer of OEM/ specialized agency including carrying out of following works racking out and removal of ACB from switch board, cleaning all parts for dust deposits foreign particles etc , degreasing the various parts of ACB. Cleaning all parts with cleaning agents such as CRC 2-26 checking the various settings within the ACB of contacts, releases etc, checking the hardware for wear and tear, checking of termination and tightness, checking for all hardwares for its presence, replacement of spares / accessories for defective / worn out items (Supply of spares / accessories required for healthiness of ACB are in AAI scope), regreasing of the ACB parts as recommended by OEM, refixing the ACB, testing and observance for normal operation of ACB complete as required. , Servicing/maintenance of existing 11 KV VCB panel (installed in HT panel room- Panel Type- AES1220VCBP-1D, Sr. No.1-1346-5, Mfg Year 2019 ) as per recommendation of OEM / Authorized dealer of OEM/ specialized agency. , Testing for healthiness and carrying out calibration of all relays i/c secondary injection test installed in 11KV HT panel of sub-station and submission of test report and calibration certificate as required.
