The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience certificates of works completed in the last seven years. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 3,88,44,337.00, or two works, each of Rs. 4,85,55,421.00, or one work of Rs. 7,76,88,674.00 in a single contract of similar nature of work, such as civil construction works. Substantial completion is based on 80% of the awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. For pre-GST era works, the completion amount will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes. The value of executed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
