Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks bill excluding cost of earth directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Including Royalty ( Chapter- 4 SI. No- 253 a) SOR 2017-18

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Cartage up to 8Km. of ballast, Kankar Coal, grit or sand including loading & unloading but excluding stacking on pucca roads: ( Chapter- 3 SI. No- 231a a) SOR 2017-18

Providing and Laying of 80mm thick Rubber Moulded I shaped precast Interlocking tiles (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. Providing and applying Tack Coat VG-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 Kg/ M2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with labour and Air compnesson including cost of bitumen, aggregate, T&P labour & all taxes complete as per MORTH&H specification No.503 Analyses attached.

Providing and laying of Bituminous Macadom with 60-90 TPH Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average out put of 75 TPH, Ussing Crushed stone aggregates of specified grading as given below, Primixed with Bituminous Binder @ 3.30% of mix and filter, Transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the disired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 501.6 and 501.7 complete in all respects 50mm to 80 mm thick using VG-30 Bitumen (Grading 19mm nominal size) 25-10mm 40% 10-5mm 40% 5mm and below 20% SOR 2015-16

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminious Concrete with 60-90 TPH Batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average out put of 75 TPH, Using Crushed stone aggregates of specified grading as given below, premixed with Bituminous Binder @ 4.50% of mix and filter, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tan tom rolar to achieve disired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respect 25 mm thick using VG-30 Bitumen, 9.5-4.75mm 57per cent 4.75mm and below 4.1% filter 2% SOR 2015-16

Providing & laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm, Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surfae applied glass beads as per. I.R.C. 35. the finish surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. composition of thermo plastic material shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all material, labour, T&C etc, required for proper completion of work as direction by Engineer-in-charge. including all taxes. Providing and fixing Glow syuds of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a loard of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35(=/-5) degree tp base. The reflective panels on both side with at least 12cm of refrective area up each sie. The luminance intenssity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as describe in ASTM I: 809 as recommended inBS: 873 part 4: 1973.
