Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Stairs, (excluding landings) except spiral-staircases DSR No 5.9.7

Extra for additional height in centering, shuttering where ever required with adequate bracing, propping etc., including cost of de-shuttering and decentering at all levels, over a height of 3.5 m, for every additional height of 1 metre or part thereof (Plan area to be measured). Suspended floors, roofs, landing, beams and balconies (Plan area to be measured) DSR No 5.11.1

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) DSR No. 6.4.1

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) DSR No 13.4.1

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per equirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for orking platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The caffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (D.S.R.No.24.2) Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Dismantling of C.I. D.F. down pipe & reerecting then after cleaing with new packing meterial nut, bolts all meterial labour T&P etc. all complete. As required as per direction of E/I. 150 mm dia.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independenttaging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (14.78/18)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (15.56/18)

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge (26.28/18) (a) 25 mm average thickness

12 mm cement plaster Cement plaster circular work 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. (13.22.1+13.23.1+13.21)

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (26.39)

Providing and injecting approved grout (Epoxy injection grout in concrete/RCC work of approved make) in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. (The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.) 26.35

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes 20 mm dia nominal borecomplete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc. (18.10.2)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar worksincluding cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. (10.25.2)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface (13.111.1)
