First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

30mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, top & bottom rails. M.S .frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture M.S. frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C channel of size 30mm thickness, 110mm width out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either side forming stiles; and 5mm thick, 110mm wide PVC sheet out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 130mm wide PVC sheet out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top bottom and lock rails shall be provided either side of the panel. 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with 7mm (5mm +2mm) thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet bending on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge, manufacture’s specification & drawing. Extruded section Profile size 42x50 mm.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles of approved size conforming to IS : 15622 ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Ceramic glazed tiles 1st quality 300x300 mm in all shades and designs.

12 mm cement plaster of mix. A) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

6 mm cement plaster of mix: In cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand )

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) complete. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]

Cutting holes of required size in brick masonry wall for fixing of exhaust fan including providing and fixing 300 mm dia PVC pipe conforming BIS-12818 and making good the same etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 16 mm dia M.S. fan clamps of standard shape and size in existing RCC slab including cutting chase and making good and painting exposed portion of the clamps as required including disposal of rubbish etc. to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
