Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°landings,balconies,shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm over all width plain G.S.sheet fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I. limpet and bitumen washers including a coat ofapproved steel primer and two coats of approved paint complete. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn, 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70, colour coated with high quality Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfacesexcluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 0.50mm thickness

Providing and fixing decorative plywood 4 mm thick one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1) for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, priming coat on unexposed surface with Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and put up in position : Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 - 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 12mm cement pluster of mix Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or hall brick wall of mix : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting steel work with deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade.Two or more coat applied@0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied@0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (readymixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade[Payment shall be made after submission of TestCertificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinn able priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying apriming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes
